If my request was deemed unimportant by you, then don't respond. By the way "gentlegrace", I have asked my Probation officer(I've never been to prison, thereby never having a Parole officer) and in the five or six times I have asked my five or six different Probation officers, I have received just as many different responses. Furthermore, my public defender who himself recommended I call him with any questions, has never returned even one of my calls. I was raised to be respectful, and whenever possible, helpful. You are no better, no more intelligent than the next person. Save your anger for someone deserving, YOU.

I am not angry, dear. I am amazed. How in the world is it MY responsibility that your phone calls aren't being returned? When they aren't returned you take it a step further--and SHOW UP in PERSON. And sit and WAIT. Or, send a registered letter asking for your question to be answered in writing.

My point is--and try to focus---YOU need to be proactive in making certain that the information in your little math equation is correct or you could land up in jail. A lot is at stake---why anyone here, including myself would know the answer to your original question is beyond me.

In every posting, I have answered your question. I did the math for you, I suggested you contact the proper person to protect YOURSELF ( none of this does ME any good----I am attempting to keep YOUR , er, SELF out of jail, Skipper). The only way to do that is to get it in writing. Go in person. To straight to the person who has the authority to tell you. And don't take no for an answer.

I never said I was better. I never said I was more intelligent than anyone. But I am smart enough to do a simple math equation and I am smart enough to avoid criminal charges during my long 42 years on earth. That, dear, is more than some folks--wouldn't you agree? <pointed look>

Bottom line----(you don't have to LIKE me to benefit from the correct answer to your question )----Stop talking to five or six PROBATION officers. They don't have the authority to introduce you to JACK. Got it? Go to the public defenders office and SIT there until he sees you. And get your questions answered in writing. Don't leave until he does it.

THEN, you will have met JACK. Understand? I wouldn't depend on an answer from ANY other place--including my OWN.

Do it, or don't do it. It doesn't matter to me. It isn't MY, er---SELF on the proverbial line.
