I'm very very sorry for my rude remarks back @ you. My mind races and I can't think nothing comes out right I get so overwhelmed its almost hard to breath, so again I'm sorry.
I'am not guilty of the crime that has gone to supreme court. I did have a court appointed attorney that filed the appeal to the (th circuirt court of appeals. The court of appeals sent it to the superme court for futher review.
I was imformed at that time by my court appointed counsel that I was on my own with my case. I was also to file an additional grounds statement for directionary review, within thirty days. This was in August 2007 I submitted additional information breif . Never the less because I had no ideal what to do or file. I contacted the legal counsel that filed the appeal to see if they would give me any info on how I did and his assistant tells me I was to cite case law. I then went to library and did some research now not knowing what I was to research butt giving it my all. I learned that I was to or could to add to the issues that was the grounds for my appeal and also include cases similar to the grounds that was in my breif.
I need to say that I have had issues with the law and they really don't care for me. But I had changed my ways I had quit having anything to do getting in trouble. I moved 17 miles up a mountain to change my life. I need advise because I've really been abused by the system . I can't even explain all hell I've went through . From the cops putting evidence they say they found in my room, or them stating that they found things they never found. the incendent report changing or being added or subtracted from. I was denied a speedy trial but then that was covered up in favor of the court. my trial counsel tainted the jury , he also kept a jury member whom I knew didn't like me , he wouldn't object to evidence listed in report and shown with a picture being a different color and size than the one presented to the jury, and then the officer said one thing to change it and said another officer did it. oh my god their is so so many things, and not with just the deputys its much much bigger than I can type. And this has been going on since Dec. 2004 I really need to explain by mouth I can't stay togather in mind when I try to type.I feel like I need just to show some one and I can prove it I show mismarked evidence and changed transcript.
I can't go on any longer and god only know I want to but its so bad and so in human the law is not to be like this. Please please just let me explain it I'm not a bad person and I'm not guilty I really really need help. Grace I wish I could tell you all
