Selfish rude remarks?? My remarks did not help me at all--how is that selfish? I was asking a legitimate question---are you representing yourself at the SUPREME COURT level? And better yet, how did you GET to the SUPREME COURT level without going through the other courts first?

You did not provide the locale, state, or jurisdiction of your complaint. Nor did you provide any other relevant information as to what kind of trial it was---what the charges were, what was the final ruling of the court, and was the case appealed. If it was a criminal trial, your ATTORNEY that was court appointed for your trial should file an appeal based on the information you are poorly outlining in your posting. If he refuses to do so, I suspect you HAVE no case.

Selfish and rude? How about ignorant and misinformed?

Obviously, the point I was trying to make, or the question I was asking was are you SURE you are dealing with the supreme court? If this was a criminal offense, you should have had counsel appointed for you. You don't just RUN to the SUPREME COURT if you feel you haven't had adequate representation at a lower level.

I have no idea how it feels to be convicted of a crime I committed, yes. I notice you never stated you did not commit the crime in question. Pardon me for not crying you a river.

How would anyone on a message board know if your proceeding was taped? This isn't a psychic hot line. I gave you a truthful honest answer--just CALL your courthouse and ask if they, as a matter of policy, routinely videotape proceedings. If they say yes, you probably have to go through a mountain of red tape to get a copy of it--in fact, you may need a subpoena, even. They will tell you the requirements for getting it, if it exists.

You want rude? How about this? "All the time ya sat in the court room, did you SEE A CAMERA, Skipper? If so, then yes, you were being taped."

Better?

Typical entitlement attitude. What a burden to carry that through life. Errors in your transcript are the least of your worries.
