I need to show the Supreme Court, issues that were changed from what was presented into evidence. However the transcript states differently.
I would also like informatoin on how to present conflicting statement made by deputy while on stand the 2nd time duing trial , and the conflict from the first statment made.
Fact when I went and read transcript it shows that a different deputy took stand twice which is totally untrue. Thank you for any response you might have to these inquires as I have more pertaining to this same case . jodlyn
