I need to show the Supreme Court, issues that were changed from what was presented into evidence. However the transcript states differently.
I would also like informatoin on how to present conflicting statement made by deputy while on stand the 2nd time duing trial , and the conflict from the first statment made.
Fact when I went and read transcript it shows that a different deputy took stand twice which is totally untrue. Thank you for any response you might have to these inquires as I have more pertaining to this same case . jodlyn
Simply call the courthouse where the trial was held and ask them if it was video taped.

YOU are representing yourself before the SUPREME COURT?

Alllllllllllllrighty then. Good luck with that.
