You could definitely get a lawyer, and it may help, but at the same time, it may not considering you already have 12 points. Frankly, I'm surprised you have that many points and haven't had your license suspended already.

If your lawyer can get your most recent ticket dropped, then I would guess your license won't get suspended. If he can't, well, I would hope you get your license suspended.

Either way, I would strongly suggest you slow down. Sell your car and buy something slower, or take public transportation. Your reckless driving likely endangers other innocent lives.
