Unhappy Retaliation for complaining of a co-worker who refused to work with a woman

I have been working for the same company for over five years. I am a female and this is a profession dominated by males. There is one other female full-time employee but she was promoted and advanced under the previous management. I have never had a complaint on my work or abilities or from any co-workers. Under the previous manager, my skills were recognized and I was being promoted based on my skills. I finally realized the new manager has been tryiing to get me to quit for over a year and after putting two and two together believe it is because of a complaint I made about being assigned to work with a man who told me, "he was going to request someone else" and that "a women's place is in the kitchen." I told my boss this was what he said and told him several of the customers we worked with confronted him about the way he talked down to me. Of course he denied everything and my boss believed him being he is an electrician as is the boss, and I am just a com tech. I thought that was the end of it and went above and beyond on the next project just to get back in good graces but apparently my boss had made up his mind to get rid of me after the incident. On the next project, he promoted my partner to a QC position that I had been doing. I know for a fact, a female electrician made a complaint of treatment by a male co-worker and she hasn't worked for the company again. I work rollouts for this company and although a full-time employee, am off for several months during the winter. I keep in contact with the employee management girls during this time and email at least once a week to see if there is any work. This year, I followed my same routine as always, and the first project was sent out less than two days after contacting the company. I never would have found out but I had a friend who contracts for them and he told me. they used the excuse that they did not think I would go because me and my fiance wanted to go as a team. This is not the case, and the email I sent asking about work states this. I Have always accepted projects regardless of if my partner was going or not. When they had two people drop off the project I was given six hours notice to be ready to travel across country. I said I would do this but wanted to go with the electrician I was knew which they allowed this time. Now the project manager, who is not involved in this, loved our team and our work and stated, "he loved having me on the project because when the men complain they can't do a job he uses me as an example." Same with my previous boss. Besides being a regular employee and not being called for work, I was told when I started working full-time with the company, I would be evaluated and given a raise in one year. I found out through the office personel that "everyone was given $1 raise" but later found that I was not included. Also, the bookkeeper and the office girls were locked out of employee pay records after my inquiry. So I do not know if I am receiving the same pay as other as the company. Also, the new boss hired two techs and put them in the QC positions I was being trained for by the previous boss. I was never offered this advancement, even though my skills are much higher than the two people hired. In continued retaliation, the next project, the company tried to split me up with the electrician I worked so well with trying to say we put too many hours down. I found out from other teams on the project that we were right on hours with everyone else out there. They also tried to stop me from taking my pet with me, although other techs were not told this and my pet has travelled with me since starting with the company. As a result I am one of the few techs whose vehicle has not been robbed. Again on this next project I was given less than 24 hours notice and it was over a holiday weekend so I was not able to go to corporate about the pet policy. But I did manage to get to corporate before going and found that what I was told was a lie. The next incident, I was set to go on a project by myself that was to start at the end of the week. They had sent my electrician out on a project two weeks before and I was not offered an opportunity for that job. When I asked the employee manager why I was not selected for that job when I was full-time and others sent out were not,, I was told it don't seem to matter if your full-time or not." Another project had come up before that one and it was a one-person team. I was told I was going to be going on that project then once again at the last minute they said I could not go because they were concerned I would not be able to handle it due to the weight of the equipment. First of all, that was a lie. I did the project the year before and had no problems and the equipment was heavier. Also, I was told I could not request help from store employees which I found out was another lie as it said in the project letter, we were to ask for help to lift the 80 pound server. Anyway the next time this install came up my boss said I was going then at the last minute they tried to pull the deal I couldn't handle it and tried to have me fly to philly from Arkansas to meet with some stranger electrtician and do the project they did not allow me to go on two weeks earlier. I managed to get out of this because I told them I was scheduled for the other project and was dealing with family issues for the next two days. Anyway, they have been making my life miserable and I finally got my boss to admit he had been trying to get rid of me. Since all this began I am now on antidepressents, seeing a shrink and a chronic illness I have that has been in remission for 10 years and resurfaced due to the stress they have put on me. I am possitive all this is retalliation for the complaint of discrimination I made against the electrician and need to know what my rights are and what I can do. I love my job but if he don't fire me, he is capable of making my life living hell and forcing me to quit. I need help fast. Please advise what I can do and what recourse I have.
