In regards your question about "getting your name off of the vehicle, this post is to help from the financial perspective. The "transfer" already mentioned will require at the very least a written request from your former fiance. It's very unlikely they'll take it on face value, but require her refinance this into a new loan. There may be application fees involved and she'll may be required to provide the same documents the 2 of you did at the time you purchased the car .. possibly more. Any costs incurred while you are still on the loan will definitely be passed along to you and if depending on your current contract, you can also incur late fees, interest, etc. until that's paid.
