Hello,
A little over two years ago, my fiance and I purchased a vehicle in both our names. I am the primary signer on the loan. We broke up about a year ago and no longer speak. I received notice from the bank that insurance on the vehicle expired last month. How do I go about getting my name off the vehicle? What kind of attorney do I contact? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
