The original question from this person was in asking where to find an attorney (or so I thought) in what I consider to be a potentially volatile, racially (and emotionally) charged situation. I was given enough information with the question to direct them to various outside sources (not the Internet) where they may be better able to contact an experienced, qualified and licensed individual to discuss their case "one on one," especially if they are considering tackling a law enforcement agency. This situation has all the signs of what I consider to be 'legal quicksand' and certainly merits the best legal help they can afford.
