i was fired the other day for theft. they accused me of not paying for items. they said that i was seen several times doing this. there was another girl involved whom they did not dicuss what had happend before they terminated me and banned me from the premises and told me they were going to see me in court. i have no idea what they are talking about. i told them the truth that i did not know what was going on i was just a customer that day. and as far as any other evidence i honestly don't think that they have anything on me. the girl told them that i had nothing to do with what she had done. that i was oblivious to the fact that she had done that. they tried to get her to put it all on me and she stood by what she said. did they legally have the right to fire me before talking to the other persons involved?
